Booking Policy for Nellai Tower

At Nellai Tower, we aim to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation:

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the full payment or an advance deposit, as per the selected booking terms.

An email or SMS confirmation will be sent to the guest once the booking is successfully completed.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-out.

3. Check-in & Check-out Timings:

Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. ID Proof & Security Deposit:

Valid photo ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in, which will be refunded at check-out, subject to the condition of the room and property.

5. Booking Modifications:

Any changes to the booking, such as modification of dates or room type, must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date, subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for modifications.

6. Payment Methods:

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Full payment must be made prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
