1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in.

Payment must be made in full prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of full payment or advance deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued for no-shows or early check-out.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the proper behavior and conduct during their stay.

Any damage to the property or room will result in an additional charge to cover repairs or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates our policies or causes disturbances.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or for operational purposes (e.g., payment processing).

6. No Smoking and No Pets Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.

Pets are not allowed on the property, unless specified otherwise.

Nellai Tower will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during your stay, except as required by law.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not provide liability for lost or stolen items.
